Important Reminders
  1. The $120 payment is due in full. To pay your remaining balance, please follow this link. 

  2. If you have dietary restrictions, please make sure you have filled out Camp Ghormley’s form here.

  3. Be sure to bring your own bedding! Twin sized sheets, blankets,  or a sleeping bag and pillow. Camp Ghormley does not provide bedding!

Friday, September 5
  • Those wishing to carpool from Tri-Cities meet in the church parking lot at 2:30 pm.
  • Depart 2:45 p.m.
  • Arrive at Camp Ghormley approximately 5:00 pm
  • Dinner 5:30 pm
  • Evening session 7:00-9:00 pm 
Saturday, September 6
  • Breakfast 8:00 am
  • Morning session 9:00-10:30 am
  •  Discussion Groups 11:00-11:45 am
  • Lunch 12:30
  • Free time for activities, hiking, crafts, rest, fellowship 1:00-5:00
  • Dinner 5:30
  • Evening session 6:30-8:00
  • Discussion Groups 8:15-9:00
Sunday, September 7
  • Morning session 8:00-10:15
  • Brunch 10:30 am
  • Drive to Tri-Cities 12:00 pm
  • Arrive in Tri-Cities 2:00-2:30 pm
Recommended Packing List
  • Twin sized sheets, blankets,  or a sleeping bag and pillow. Camp Ghormley does not provide bedding! 
  • Toiletries
  • Sunscreen
  • Bugspray
  • Hand Sanitizer 
  • Closed toed shoes for hiking, walking around camp
  • Shower shoes/flipflops 
  • Swimsuit (the pool may still be open!) 
  • Clothing with layers for cooler morning/evening temperatures 
  • Snacks (especially if you have dietary restrictions) 
  • Bible, pen, journal 
  • Yoga Mat (for pilates class!)
