Joe graduated from Multnomah University in 1974, and received a Doctorate of Ministry from Carolina University of Theology in 1998. Joe has lived in Kennewick since 1973, and has served in pastoral ministry for over 50 years, including 25 years as lead pastor of Community Bible Church in Kennewick. He and his wife, Shary, have two daughters, 13 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
