Marc is a Tri-Cities native, growing up in Kennewick and Pasco. He attended Moody Bible Institute and graduated with a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies in 2015 before attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduating with a Master's of Divinity in 2019.
He and his wife, Hillary, have two sons, Jack and Calvin.

Joe graduated from Multnomah University in 1974, and received a Doctorate of Ministry from Carolina University of Theology in 1998. Joe has lived in Kennewick since 1973, and has served in pastoral ministry for over 50 years, including 25 years as lead pastor of Community Bible Church in Kennewick. He and his wife, Shary, have two daughters, 13 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

Pastoral Care and Discipleship
As the leader responsible for Pastoral Care and Discipleship at Quinault, Kieth Banta spends his days doing what he loves – encouraging and equipping disciples of Jesus to live, love, grow, and counsel in the fullness and power of what Jesus has purchased for those who trust in and treasure him. As the former lead pastor at Crossroads Bible Church in Kennewick, Kieth brings valuable experience and wisdom to the Quinault elder team. Kieth and Ann, his wife of forty-seven years, have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
Pastoral Care and Discipleship provides counseling and care to the individual members of the body at Quinault, facilitating and providing direction and vision for leaders of missional communities and Sunday morning ministries, and equipping members for disciple-making.

Leadership and Missions Catalyst
James and his wife Christy moved to Richland from California in 2000. They have been attending and serving at QBC for the past 19 years. James is a dentist vocationally. His wife is a full time mom raising their three children. James is also the missions team lead at QBC and has led and gone on several overseas missions trip with the church.
Functionally, Leadership and Missions Catalyst facilitates team development strategies for the elder/pastor team, along with the vetting process for future elders and deacons. As our Missions Catalyst, James keeps God's heart for missions ever before us and draws us toward greater missional engagement at home and across the globe.

The role of the Ministry / Financial Assistant is to carry-out the day-to-day financial and operational needs of the church as an organization. All items related to scheduling of church events, building use, etc., should be coordinated through the Ministry / Financial Assistant.
